Thank you for considering Wedding Angel Events and Wedding Planning for your special function. We understand that your time is precious, and we appreciate your genuine interest in our services. Our commitment is to deliver unmatched quality with a touch of elegance and world-class creative designs, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.

Please consider the following criteria before proceeding:

  • Minimum Budget for Local Wedding / Reception / Homecoming: LKR Rs 3 million
  • Minimum Budget for Destination Weddings: USD 15,000,000

Dr Sanjeev Ganeshan AKA Dr. G THE ONE, our Wedding Planner Extraordinaire, will oversee every aspect of your event, ensuring a fun-loving, positive, and stress-free experience.

Steps to Engage Our Services

Step 1: Initial Consultation
  • Contact Us: Call Dr. G THE ONE at 0777 70 99 77 to schedule your first consultation
  • Appointment Confirmation: The appointment will be confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable professional fee of Rs 20,000 or USD 68 to Dr Sanjeev Ganeshan. This fee will be deducted from the total amount if you decide to proceed with our services.

Step 2: Customized Proposals
  • Comfort and Confirmation: After your initial consultation, if you are comfortable and wish to proceed, communicate your decision in writing.
  • Quote Provision: We will provide you with two quotes based on your preferences and event specifications. Note that strategic partners will not be revealed at this stage.

Step 3: Agreement and Payment
  • Budget Agreement: Once the budget is discussed and agreed upon, a 75% payment of the total amount must be made to Dr Sanjeev Ganeshan AKA Dr. G THE ONE.
  • Legal Documentation: A detailed, legally binding MOU will be signed, outlining all agreed-upon details, including sketches where necessary. All strategic partners and options will be disclosed at this point, and the MI Team will be finalized.

Step 4: Execution and Final Payment
  • Client Consultation: All operations will commence according to the agreed timelines and specifications, with continuous consultation and approvals from you.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 25% of the total payment is due no later than one month prior to the event. Failure to make this payment will result in the forfeiture of the initial payment, and we will not proceed with your function. Please note the 75% of the payment made will also not be returned.
